ELECTRONIC THERMOMETER Fire Magic designed the state of the art digital thermometer display and meat probe with 3 different backlit display colors of your choice. This grilling thermometer features a timer, digital temperature grilling guide, high temperature setting and oven light.

HALOGEN LAMPS The halogen lamps shine brightly and perfectly angled throughout for even grilling. The absence of screws allows for easy cleaning with a damp sponge and the bulbs are super easy to replace. The Diamond 660 and 790 models come with dual lamps while the 1060 model comes with triple lamps.

WOOD CHIP SMOKER The wood chip smoker features a stainless steel wood chip drawer with its own 3,000 BTU dedicated burner. Adding fruit juice or wine to your choice of flavored wood will produce the most delicate smoked flavor.

HOT SURFACE IGNITION The electronic hot surface ignition system is the most advanced lighting system in the grilling industry. Simply push the knob in to activate the hot surface, turn on the gas, and light the grill.
