The Colonial Fireplace Insert is the perfect addition to any home and hearth. It is durably constructed with an airtight, plate steel construction and lined with firebrick to insure years of service. This EPA certified unit is capable of heating up to 1,800 square feet of living space with a 69,600 BTU rating per hour. The Colonial is painted matte black and accented with a subtle pewter trim.
The Colonial Fireplace Insert features a cast iron feed door with a large ceramic glass window for a brilliant view of the burning fire. The firebox accommodates 18 lbs. of fire wood up to 18" in length. The Colonial features a slide damper with a cool touch spring handle and an adjustable, high speed (125 CFM) blower that directs warm air over and around the firebox, allowing the unit to run with a 75% efficiency rating. Some assembly required.

A hearth extension must extend 24" in front and 6" on the sides of the insert to meet minimum clearances to combustibles. Floor protection must be non-combustible material extending to the front and the sides from door opening.
